Lake Okeechobee--i wanted to show tony the lake, the second largest in the U.S. turns out, it was on fire, and had receded over a mile to feed the lower state farmers. the fire was a controlled burn of the undergrowth. the lack of water was something else. farmers demand so much for their crops,, no one know the real solution. currently, lake kissimmee, which feeds okeechobee is being opened up for more water. this saturday morning fog was some of the worst i'd seen in florida.
