back in london for a few more days---when these guys park their rolls', they remove the valuable hood ornament to prevent theft. we liked the hotel in southken so well, we decided to try and stay there 4 more days. the hotel guy said indeed they had an available room, even the same room as before, but for $229 per/nite instead of our hotels.com rate of $97. sooooooooo, we went and found an internet kiosk, booked our room at hotels.com for $97 again, went back to the hotel and checked in. the teller looked so dumbfounded when we presented our paperwork.
