::: Thumbs ::: Next >> ::: these guys looking at me, contemplating their fate as someone's next steak dinner. for me, i don't like european beef. it is raised "naturally" and fed only grains and grasses. it produces a lean meat with little or no marbling. it is probably healthier, but it doesn't taste as good. when i'm across the ocean, i'll pick the lamb or pork every time. they do a better job on both than we do in america.
