St. Jakob Church-uh................say what? Goethe and Wittgenstein? I'm having some vague memories from college philosophy courses, some memories of 'cliff notes'.????? My memory bank from the '60 is pretty vague. My mantra has been "if u remember the 60's, u werent there!!!". Anyway, neither of these guys were selling books in the airports, or considered subway reading. I remember reading some pretty good poetry from Goethe, but that Wittgenstein guy? He got up each morning, kissed the mirror, then looked at his navel all day thinking about his death. German culture has a long history of intellectual thinkers and mental discipline.
