::: Thumbs ::: Next >> ::: we picked the month of may to travel for two reasons. one is the weather is mild, generally between 50 and 70 degrees. the other is the absence of travellers. may is the month in germany for preparation for the summer holiday season, and kids are still in school. by doing it this way, we could wait often until 6 or 7 pm before picking where we wanted to stay. we seldom ran into lots of people or traffic.
