Modern Art-this one titled "upside down helicopter in public place". of course, the real 'meaning' has to do with juxtaposing oxymoronic contrasts of cultural paradigms.....or something. Wait! i know this one, having worked in government committees for several years. here's the scenerio.........6 or 8 people in a committee meeting, 2 of them been to manhattan, and toured MOMA. they've seen works like 'front bicyvcle tire' and 'toilet in apartment'. they start talking about 'fairness and balance' and mention 'all' art should be displayed and represented in salzburg. the rest of the committee members are wretching under their breath, but afraid to speak for fear of no being 'politically correct'. sooooooooo...............we end up with the copter.
