I didnt snap a pic until i got off interstate in Tyler, Texas. Virtually nothing of interest in either mississippi or alabama. I want to be sensitive to the feelings of my fellow mississippians and alabamans, but my advice to them is "get a state"!!!! anyway, texas beauty more than made up for the boring first part of my trip. as u can see here, winds out of the south are pretty much a way of life here. when i say wind, i mean 40mph crosswinds from mexico. i mean gusts that literally blew me to the shoulder of the highway several times.
